FOUNDER & LEAD FACULTY

Sanjeev (Sanjeev Bhaiya)

I started India's Got Aspirants with a simple belief: preparation can be made better, more connected and more humane. Aspirants deserve more than piles of notes, endless classes and a race to finish a syllabus.

I hold a degree in Economics with University 6th Rank and served as Secretary, Economics Forum, Duliajan College (2019–2022) and as Campus Ambassador, Duliajan College (2019–2022). I am pursuing Master's degrees in Economics and Political Science from IGNOU.

I appeared at the APSC CCE 2024 interview stage and scored 169 in Essay in APSC CCE Mains 2024. My principal areas of preparation expertise are Essay, GS Paper II and GS Paper IV, with a strong interest in geopolitics, sports and poetry.

My purpose is not merely to understand the struggles of aspirants, but to improve things for them — by building resources that help an aspirant know what to study, why it matters, how topics connect and what to do next.

Deepak Chaudhury

Deepak Chaudhury is an APSC interview-stage candidate with a strong academic foundation in Economics and focused expertise across GS Paper I and GS Paper III.

His Economics background brings an analytical lens to history, society, geography, economy and contemporary issues. His teaching approach is designed to help aspirants move from factual familiarity to conceptual clarity, interlinkages and exam-oriented application.

Academic focus: Master’s degree in Economics.

Kishan Turi

Kishan Turi is an APSC Mains-stage candidate with in-depth knowledge of Assam-related topics and the regional dimensions that matter across state-level competitive examinations.

His strength lies in connecting Assam's history, geography, society, culture, economy, governance and contemporary issues so that learners can understand the state not as a collection of isolated facts, but as an interconnected preparation domain.

Why this revolution?

Traditional coaching can make preparation feel like an isolated routine: one subject at a time, one GS paper at a time, one test at a time. Real understanding does not work that way.

Our approach is to connect subjects with subjects, GS papers with one another, static knowledge with current affairs, PYQs with the syllabus, and learning with practice.

We want aspirants to develop a connected mental map rather than memorising disconnected information.

What we want to change

  • Inter-subject connections: Economy, Polity, History, Geography, Environment, Science & Technology, Assam and Current Affairs should reinforce one another.
  • Inter-GS connections: GS-I, GS-II, GS-III and GS-IV should be understood as connected dimensions of the same society and governance.
  • Unique essay approaches: build multidimensional arguments, examples and connections instead of relying on memorised templates.
  • Comprehensive yet concise: go deep where it matters without drowning aspirants in unnecessary material.
  • Hand-holding: provide roadmaps, practice, explanations, feedback and direction for the next step.
  • Learning from mistakes: connect PYQs, quizzes, mock tests and detailed explanations.

CREDIT, ETHICS & THE ASPIRANT

A coaching institute may build a base. It does not own the person who builds the rest.

We are also critical of a second practice: making an aspirant believe that a selection belongs primarily to the institute that once taught them. The years of study, revision, failure, recovery, practice and persistence belong to the aspirant.

01 · The late claim

Free help at the finish line can become a marketing claim about the whole journey.

An aspirant who reaches the interview or documentation stage may be offered complimentary counselling, orientation or mock interviews. Some institutes may later offer a back-dated course purchase or describe the selected candidate as an institute success.

But if a student studied independently for years after an earlier course, the honest description should distinguish what the institute actually provided from what the aspirant built afterwards.

02 · Consent must mean consent

A signature should not quietly transfer a person's achievement into somebody else's advertisement.

Selected candidates may be asked to sign forms allowing their selection, photograph, rank or story to be used for marketing. Such permission should be clear, informed and genuinely understood—especially where the candidate only attended a free mock interview or a limited guidance programme.

Aspirants deserve to know exactly what service they received, what may be published and how their achievement will be described.

03 · The advertisement should tell the whole story

Rank posters are not evidence unless the route to the rank is transparent.

Huge banners, reels, hoardings and pamphlets can create the impression that nearly every successful candidate came through one institute. A rank and a total selection count, without the batch, year, programme and actual nature of participation, can leave future aspirants with an incomplete picture.

Even abbreviations such as IGP (Interview Guidance Programme), when placed in tiny or unclear type, can hide information that should be prominent.

Three people deserve the truth: the selected candidate deserves full credit for their work; the future aspirant deserves accurate information before paying; and the current student deserves to learn ethics from an institution that practises the standards it teaches.
One final principle: no institute—and not even a topper—can promise a final selection before the candidate's name appears on the final official result. Preparation can be guided. Effort can be supported. Selection can never be owned in advance.

For us, preparation is therefore not only about clearing an examination. It is also about developing the curiosity, responsibility, competence and public spirit that should accompany the opportunity to serve.
