Evidence-based certificates

Certificates should recognise demonstrated learning and conduct—not manufacture employment claims or certify traits that the programme cannot scientifically measure.

6-Month Knowledge & Performance Certificate
Issued when the learner completes the defined six-month curriculum and meets published evidence thresholds across classes, tests, assignments, answer writing and learning consistency.
12-Month Knowledge & Performance Certificate
Issued after the twelve-month learning pathway with broader syllabus coverage, sustained practice, evaluations and documented progress.
Stage-Linked Achievement Record
Separate endorsements can record verified milestones such as Prelims readiness, Mains readiness, interview-stage participation, selected-exam progression or other objectively documented outcomes.

Issued only when the learner completes the defined six-month learning period and meets the published evidence criteria for knowledge, participation and performance.

What should not be falsely certified

  • Clinical or psychological diagnoses
  • An absolute IQ score without a validated psychometric test
  • A medicalised EQ score without a validated instrument
  • Unverified personality labels
  • Guaranteed employability or selection

Self-regulation, emotional awareness and personality-related observations can be reported as training behaviours, with transparent rubrics and evidence.

Transferable competency report

Alongside the certificate, provide a one-page competency transcript: analytical reasoning, research, written communication, oral communication, planning, persistence, teamwork/conduct, self-management and issue synthesis, each backed by the learner's recorded evidence.
