CREDIT · ETHICS · TRUST

Give credit where the work happened.

Education is a relationship of trust. IGA should never turn an aspirant's effort, a faculty member's contribution or another creator's work into an institutional claim that it does not deserve.

Aspirants own their perseverance.

Coaching can provide structure, explanation, feedback and community. The years of effort, failure, recovery, revision and persistence belong to the person who lived them.

Creators deserve attribution.

Use original sources, official documents, faculty work and external material responsibly. Do not present another person's work as IGA's original work.

Results need evidence.

Selection claims should be verifiable and should never imply that an institute owns a candidate's rank or guarantees another candidate's outcome.

Need before want.

If a learner needs repair, diagnosis or a clearer plan, the ethical response is not automatically another course purchase.
